I did NOT need to accept the delicious burger that my friend offered me at a picnic today! I just took it and ATE it. It was good, but not THAT GOOD! I would have been happier sticking to my nutritious diet plan.

don't worry about the burger. It is not the enemy! If it is you can still defeat it! Holidays and picnics are about an unusual treat. I have had 2 crazy food days this weekend. So today I got up and walked 2 miles before breakfast. I am going to drink as much water as humanly possible the rest of the week. A few splurges here and there are easy to counteract.

Thank you! Good for you. Be careful, it's possible to drink TOO MUCH WATER. I think I know what you meant though.

your one burger wasn't as bad as my three white castle burgers...lol we had a B-day party at work for one of the girls and I didn't do great but didn't better than I would have 6 weeks ago... just keep hanging on. that is what I am doing.

Well did you go there hungry? What I am doing before picnics/BBQs is have a Fiber One bar (2 points or 3 depending on flavor) and I find that helps fill my belly and curb my hunger so I don't eat everything yummy I see. If I go hungry all bets are off. :)
