I weighed myself on Monday and it was 151.6! No way can I enter it on my chart. It seems too unreal. I am so premenstrual too that I am afraid to weigh again in case it is more than my last recorded entry. I am so very unhinged right now. I have the clumsies-I broke the credit card machine at the DMV when i dropped it on the floor. I have anxiety-which is usually manifested by a delusion that everything is "a mess" and "dirty" and I have to clean and repaint the interior of the house. My obsession with sugar compels me to hunt through the pantry and the house to find anything sweet

I did go to the gym this morning and Monday. Okay doing weight training but cardio is sooooo tiring. My legs feel like lead. I am afraid I will fall off the treadmill and break my nose. Don't laugh-it happened to my brother.

I am trying to work up enough energy to take a shower. ho hum.

Resist the temptation! I've heard of people "eating-it" on the treadmill, but I'm sure if you pay attention you'll be fine. You're doing great. Give it a couple more days, I am thinking "light" thoughts for your next weigh-in.
