Mother of God.... friday already and not a child in the house washed yet!!
Thankfully tis the end of the "Mad" week and I'll be able to journal again properly next week...
Weight is steady...seem to be in a constant state of 'half way to heaven/ketosis' only getting my lunchtime walk in this week but it'll be back to normal from Monday.
She, who must be obeyed, venerated and allowed girlie nights has only just started atkins in the last couple of weeks and as of this morning is down 6lbs!!!! (the durty hussey!!! way ahead of me).
Can't wait to getting back to normal next week, great to see all the inspiration in your posts.... Have a great weekend, ya deserve it and keep on thingying....!

I hope you get out of ketosis-purgatory soon! Is that your wife who is down 6 pounds? Will a little healthy competition bring out the best in you?? Have a wonderful weekend :D

Awe.... have a blessed weekend with your dirty huss... whoops.. I mean your lovely, non-metabolically challenged wifey. =D Awesome news that she's jumped up on your band wagon to follow along!! Maybe there'll be less of chance for them crumbles to be bumbling along into the house now! lol Try to get some rest, after draping wifey drippy with jewels and loves for mommy's day! Keep up the good ketosis fight!! :)

lol, although you may hate me for saying so...it's nice to see a reversal in the weight challenged dept. What I mean is usually men take off weight with no prob and women are left looking like they're not even trying. I do feel for you though...hope you see some results soon!!!

How could this have happen? What are you gonna do? How long will this go on? Come on, Davey, I am would dearly love to see you conquer all! Take up the purple, Shake off the diet stallin' around, Show her how the men of Ireland can lose the weight, and grab that woman up, crush her to yer manly chest, and ride off into the sunset...But Do Remember to Count Yer Carbs and Drink Yer Water!
