yay its been 4 days and i have stayed under 28 points and i am drinking my water too but i still need encouragement to excercise but i am takeing care of my husband so i know that counts as excercise too. but not much any way i wanted to share my happineess with you all so you all could get happy from me being happy at least i am some what happy after my mother in law hurt me any way remeber to smile and keep happy. love shelly

the first step is the hardest shelly.... you've already taken that w/ starting your diet. even small amounts of exercise, say 10 minutes of walking 3 times a day.. will do wonders!! =) Keep your head up high girl!! You're doing it.

Good job! You may not be exercising as much as you would like but at least you have the eating part down!! I am sure you will get the exercising part next!!

I think it's important to not try to change everything in your life at once. If you are doing well with your points and your water this week, just try to keep that up for the week. Then next week add in a little exercise each day. Just a suggestion!! I'm glad your attitude is so positive - that makes it so much easier, doesn't it?
