I've been doing Atkins for 4 weeks and have lost 13 lbs. I've cut out so much and yet lost most of that weight in the first week, after that was piddly.

It was suggested I use this because I do not track my carbs.... and I'm thinking I'm eating more than I thought... and maybe too much butter too.

Martinigirl, welcome to Fat Secret. I sent you a buddy request and hope that you will accept. If you need anything please don't hesitate to ask, there are lots of great people here who are willing to help. And tracking your carbs makes this so much easier to follow. Soon you will pretty much know what you are getting, but don't stop tracking. It is the easiest way to stay true to yourself and this way of eating!

OMG I've been eating tons of carbs and didn't know it. Darn that ketchup! That was the devil!

I've found that stirring equal thirds of ketchup, mustard, and mayo has been great for hotdogs, hamburgers, etc. More sauce, less carbs.
