Okay so my weight had been sitting at 161 for well over a week and I didn't want to enter a gain figuring maybe it was a fluctuation. But then the past few days it has slowly been dropping again and I am firmly sticking at 159 so YEAH 159 again!?! I dunno we will see if the sprints are helping to cause my weight dropping again. I figure I will know for sure in a week if I am actually able to drop and stay below 159. Speaking of I need to get outside and do those before it gets to ridiculously hot. I have had an emotional few days but surprisingly fighting my old habits must be paying off because I haven't been turning to food. Actually quite the opposite I have been forgetting about it. I think my crazy periods are throwing my hormones off or something because I have had no reason to even be upset. Just had a couple of days I just needed to cry for no reason. Well I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend and don't forgot to look for that silver lining!!!!
