Based my my research regarding insulin resistance, I could be close to 300 lbs and fighting vs close to 200 lbs and fighting to keep my weight down. I am working on cultivating gratitude around this matter. I learned a lot this week through my research about insulin resistance. Now I'm reading a book about the subject. Of course the Atkins diet OGWL is the prefect diet plan for this condition with more of an emphasis on eating protein vs fat although healthy fats are good. You won't see me piling on cream and butter to make up my fat calories. I'll be using Omega 3 oils, fish oils, nuts and avocados to get my fats. That's my personal choice.
