Looking back at a year ago- June 18, 2018. I was about 20 pounds lighter. Odd thing about this, after being separated (now finally divorced) I am so much happier and gain weight like it’s second nature. When I was married, depressed- blah blah blah, it was easier to lose weight. I was ‘sick’ I starved myself and purged often. So desperate to be like her or better than her to try to keep our family together. After I decided I was tired of competing with something that was not worth it , I became happy. Maybe too happy :) ?!?! I really am. Except the struggle of getting down to a decent weight of 150. If I can get back to last summers 165 I would be jumping for joy. Now I fear with school ending and being home more that I might eat more. Grrr. I dislike summer months Here’s to trying..!
