Very random lunch. I had prepared boiled eggs for work, but my timing was way off and the eggs were way too soft , so I've doubled up on the viennas instead just to keep myself out of the shops today.

I did that.... But I didn't boil them for long enough so when I tried to get them out the shell it was just a slimy, shelly, mess 😉😂😱

An egg boiler has been one of the most useful things I've ever bought...I've had it for over 8 years, and I use it about once a week. I get perfect boiled eggs every time...

@Secret Slimmer ... That's an awesome idea, I'm going to look for one! I've always wanted a microwave poacher as well... I love eggs! Totally one of my staple forms of protein!

Here is an easy way to time boiled eggs, use the timer on your cellphone. Once the eggs start boiling, letting them boil for seven minutes will result in softish eggs, eight minutes for hard eggs. Works every time 👌🏻
