Woke at 230.8, down 4.0 from yesterday as I fasted all day and pushed out a lot of water. I have an after hours event tonight. Will fast until then if all goes well at work. Depending on what is offered, I may fast through the event. UPDATE: Did not eat anything but did have two red wines and two whiskeys after work. Got to 229.2.

Amazing. Long fasting like that is still on my wish list. You sound comfortable with it. Lifts my hope to get around to it one day. Find it attractive, especially with the immunity boost that comes with it. One high-person in my circles said, what I'm on is basically fasting, but I haven't seen that proven yet.
