I have been maintaining for quite a while now. I have a back issue since February. My Doctor is very happy with me even if I'm not. I feel lack of exercising is really holding me back. Plan to hit -100lbs this week regardless! Have a great day everyone!!

Perhaps there are some exercises you can do that don't put any strain on the back - or physical therapy exercises that could actually improve it?
