My weight was WAY up today. 206! I wasn't eating well last week, but I wasn't eating THAT badly, either. Had lots of sodium at the ballpark yesterday, I'm pretty confident that's at least part of the problem. I'm back on track today...eating right, and worked out early. I'll give it a few days and see how much the weight goes back down. Playing it pretty safe today...had a scrambled egg and sourdough wheat toast at Cracker Barrel this morning. Planning to do a little shopping with my daughter, so may have to eat lunch out...if I do, I'll probably go to Chili's and have the guiltless grill sirloin w/steamed veggies (240 calories). Dinner tonight will be tilapia and veggies. Tomorrow, in addition to my elliptical, I will try to use my Wii Fit most days and work on some core training as well.
