Not sure how you guys handle coming out of fast. Day 1 was ok. Day 2 so-so and today day 3 even less of an appetite. I’ve been doing 18/6 I can handle it. Very good training for eating habits. Today’s first lunch is still sitting before me and I am looking at it like ugh I can’t. I feel like I ate an entire 🐄 already. I’ll try to eat more after I pick up my son.
