Alright, lets do this. I decided that Weight Watchers has always been the most effective for me, so that is what I am going to do. I am starting off with 26 points/day. That is a lot! I can do this, I can do this, I can do this! The boyfriend is going to have to learn to love healthy foods! He's got a little tummy as well... :) I can't understand why I am having such a hard time motivating myself this time... I know this site can help, if I let it. Ciao for now!
