patience is certainly NOT my virtue either :) 

So how did it go with the aunties tests? 

Not good at all. It's rather odd though. You know how sometimes really old married people end up w/ the same health problems as their spouse? Well these two both have a blood cancer, and colon cancer. The 90 yr old is having a tumor found during the colonoscopy removed. But does not want to undergo chemo. would do radiation, but no chemo. not sure if that's an option yet. the other one (80) doesn't know yet. she has to have surgery for an ever enlarging spleen...and she is currently undergoing testing to see if she is even a surgical candidate. But the surgeon basically said with the new found blood and colon issues - it's not likely. So, in the end the spleen will likely burst inside her and cause her to bleed out. (die). My mom got so nervous and upset she was having breathing issues all day yesterday.... Not to mention the sanctuary of friends here being unavailable to me yesterday... my life is one big drama - and I don't want to play anymore! Somebody stop this ride and let me off!!! 

I am SO sad to hear about the aunties and your mom! That has got to be so hard for you! Who watches over the aunts when you're not there? I'm glad you and your mom get to have this time with them even if it's been lots of doctors appointments and such. If you ever want to vent, I'm here for you! Hugs!
