The sushi was wonderful and I do not regret it at all. However, I'm showing as up 2 lbs. today which I am positive has more to do with the sheer amount of sodium and not actual weight.
I did realize that I triggered on the rice though. My joints started hurting about 45 minutes after eating and my fingers and stomach swelled - and not sodium swelling. This was the same kind of swelling that I see when I inadvertently eat wheat.
So the info has been filed away and I'll remember this in the future.
