I too am doing induction again. That fat fast has its place, I suppose it has its purpose..like to quick-start ketosis...but any real loss..I surely didnt notice a whole lot... I will be sticking with the coconut oil though..
If nothing more, I can fit into all my clothes, where if I go off plan and eat "normally"..I find my clothing gets snug..
