Looks like it's that time of year again. I had hurt my back and torn a rotator cuff doing exercises about a year ago and fell off the exercise/diet wagon. Bad bad bad. I still have pain but it's much better so I'm hopeful that getting back into a "healthful" mindset with diet and exercise that I can start feeling better again. We're heading to Peru in June/July sometime so I'm setting my goal at the beginning of June as an incentive. Of course, I hope to continue well beyond that but I love to set short-term goals to stay motivated. Happy New Year to all!
