Yesterday was Fathers Day although, I managed to only eat approx 380 calories! Mixed out the bun for a lettuce bun, used the chicken instead of beef and used only mustard as the condiment! Had only the three salads: two which were vegetarian and one that was Caesar salad... (the Caesar dressing was light and no croutons for me).
