Today is my birthday and somehow I believe it gives me the license to eat whatev I want. It's hard because I can justify going on a binge but this whole week I have excuses to do that with my friends because they want to go out to lunch or dinner. I have to discipline myself to stay on a reasonable diet. I've been doing well staying under my daily requirements so if only I can just keep it up and get by this week. Friday is a big one where I am going to listen to music and a buffet dinner....am I setting myself up or what! Keeping that in mind will help me gauge the week out. Then I start my Daniel fast for 21 days. Well it is noon and I had my daily ritual coffee and croissant soon to be given up by next week. Hope all is enjoying MLK Jr. holiday!
