Okay, I'm back in the saddle, day 2. Being a little under the weather helps you stay on it too, I don't have a big appetite. Well Ladies the Holidays are just around the corner. I'm getting ready.
I'm going to have to pick up the pace, at this rate I'll be sixty by time I hit my desired weight, hehehe, maybe not sixty, by it is time to put forth MORE EFFORT...

we can so do this i plan on being at least 20 pounds thinner by thanks giving i soo hate halloween!!!

I know what you mean ... the holidays will be here before we know it. Ugh, I'm feeling the stress, lol .... YIKES! I'm off to the treadmill girl!!
