I've decided to do the 1000 calorie fat fast for today and tomorrow. On Saturday, I'll still be fat fasting but at 1200 instead. I'm thinking that will be awesome after 5 days at 1000. I'm doing better today. I'm not craving, I'm still not hungry and I'm still in dark purple ketosis. Oh and I weighed in at 177 this morning so I am seeing results. I'm also moving into a PMS week ... and so are a few of my friends on here ... do you think our cycles are syncing up? ;) But for a PMS week, the lack of chocolate cravings is pretty awesome. Okay, I'm off to finish work.
