Add chopped zucchini,yellow squash,chopped turnip,chopped green pepper and I add a touch of cayenne,garlic powder and Italian seasoning for some extra fiber I also use low sodium beef stock instead of chicken bouillon Just finished my last batch today for lunch (I sometimes add a bag of frozen soup veggies too.
