Journal de Mandipants, 19 juil. 10

Monday Monday... Yuk. I did pretty well with eating this weekend. I was a lazy bum, but at least I wasn't snacking my face off! I weighed myself and I had gained a pound... Must be a fluke! No worries, will workout today, and hopefully almost everyday this week... I will feel much better I am sure!

I am not much of a scale person, but I was curious. As long as I look and feel good, I don't care what I weigh.... sort of :)
