This journal entry has been a while in the making, one of my lifelong faults has been to find early success and then lose interest. This happens every time but losing weight and changing this course of action never truly subsided for me since I started this journey last March. I am no where near the weight I was when I started, and I never stopped journaling on this site but I definitely could have done better. What I never have lost was being conscious of what I am consuming. This weekend, I ate much better, smaller portions and went to bed satisfied. I have been exercising more for the last few months...that's a good thing, but it has made me hungrier also, so this weekend seemed to reboot me and my focus. Today, I will focus on today and today only.
