the lighting the mirror dimensions are awful!!! i don't have much trust in them and im not overweight! they are terrible!!!! Don't feel down about ur progress. i dont pay much attention to change room mirrors...  

Ditto that... Luckily for me my sister is the manager at a very well known ladies clothing store, so when I see something I like, she books and sends it to me, I fit at home and return what my mirror says no to.  

Clothes I can handle IF I am in a good mood, the WORST is bra shopping!! Six different sizes / cups and you take off everything you are wearing on top only to discover the stupid things don't fit properly!! Then you get dressed and repeat the process. Nothing is standard!! I swear shopping for clothes is a form of torture and am amazed by people who actually like it! 

Pick out a few things and buy it if you can. Fit it at home and return it if you are not happy. My sister does that as she refuses to fit in stores' fitting rooms 

Same here !! Changing rooms can either bring you down or bring you up and it sucks when you’ve been working hard and the results don’t seem to show . Don’t take it too hard though.
