ok i know this is silly but today i managed to have something new! plus desert and still stayed under cal. and carbs! i am doin such a happy dance! lol don't know why this tickels me so buthey guess we get our jollies where we can!

Good for you! I did the same thing the other day when I made baked ricotta custard. I LOVE CUSTARD! It was perfect for a sweet fix and I stayed within my carb range. It was just another reminder that even though I am on a diet, food can still be enjoyable.

I know exactly what you mean. Isn't it great to be able to eat satisfying substitute foods, and still stay under your carbs and calories? You are doing awesome!!! Glad that you were able to find a low carb sub for what you wanted!
