I need some help. I've been sticking to 1000 calories a day, for three weeks now. I've lost 3.2 kg, but some research is making me think that it's too low and I might be losing muscle and not fat. I'm 175 cm and 18 years old. I don't want to increase my calories and gain or loose weight slower, but I don't want to slown down my metabolism or loose muscle. Is 1000 cal too litte, should I change it to 1200 cal?
