I have been craving stir fried vegetables, so I made some for dinner. Red cabbage, cabbage, carrot, corn, brocolli, spinach, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, chilli, garlic, ginger. Cooked in butter, with soy sauce, pineapple juice and other spice I like, topped with almonds.

Vegetarian version is 312 calories. Non vegetarian for my husband had pan fried chicken breast added - 472 calories.

@Slimlady123 maybe because I eat a regular amount of sweet things, the only thing I really CRAVE with monster fangs is green vegetables or stir fried veggies. Like once a week, I want a plate LOADED with various veg.
