hi, so I stopped drinking alcohol in January, first came the sugar cravings but got them under control now. Not sure if anyone else has stopped drinking but I just ate loads n couldn't be arsed to exercise and had absolutely no energy so I kicked the habit. 6 months now and 2stone lighter . Definitely the right decision

Hmm I have tried but I do love a glass of wine or two (then a bottle) your 100% right ... don’t drink and you will lose weight.

I loved my wine on a weekend. I lost weight in the past and still drank alcohol but its seems much easier to do now. I did paleo diet but prefer counting the calories

This calorie counting is good because it opens your eye to the food you would eat normally and you see just how bad some are !!! I did slimming world and did very well and I used to drink on that wink wink (saved those sins) lol
