Depressed. Working through it. I know what I need to do. Been weighing in, but fell off the calorie journal wagon. Entered today first time in forever. Glaringly obvious why I'm not losing weight. I just need to do the math, do the work and get back to it.

Don't get down on yourself, we all go through something. You are back and know what to do. Use this time to encourage yourself and practice self-care on any level needed. ❤

I Understand, it's so hard. Food is everywhere it all looks so good. I eat when I'm bored/depressed. It really sucks when you're depressed about being overweight and then you eat Comfort foods.

The important thing is to not give up on yourself. You can do this. If you make a mistake, acknowledge it and move on - no guilt, no beating yourself up. Learn from it and move forward. You are strong.
