Two problems here:
1. Water intake was the required amount but shoved 50% of it down my throat between 18:00 and 20:00pm
2. Was very busy so ended up only eating 800 calories till about 5pm and then made the mistake of pumping the last 1100calories down my throat in a space of 3 hours, albiet the fact that the food choices were all good.
P.S: (Alot of my comments are for my diary so when i do comparisons between losses and intake i can identify why certain days went off, so ignore same if you wish)
