You need to eat all of your points - especially if you are working out a lot. What you are doing now is messing up your metabolism. Weight Watchers has you at pretty much the are minimum of what a person should be eating before their body goes into starvation mode. It sounds weird, but if you make sure you eat your points, as well as those you are burning off, you should be able to loose weight again. Right now your body is holding on to everything it gets because it thinks it is starving. I had the same thing happen to me when I looked into the program a few years ago- working out and not making up for the burned points. Once I started eating, I started losing again.
