I had a great week counting calories... I gave myself a budget of 1,000 calories per day, including working out and burning about a minimum of 300 calories... I lost another pound!!! My diet includes my nightly red wine w/ fresh blueberries... I even went for the dreaded happy hour and still stuck to my budgetary calorie intake... It just takes a lot of thinking and quick calculations... What's more important- instant gratification or feeling good about yourself at the end of the day??
