Day One

Went to the gym, drank my water, didn't eat so good, I'm going with low cal. At least until I finish reading south beach. I didn't eat over my daily calorie allowance, just didn't eat healthy calories. At least until I finish reading south beach.

Posted a profile picture that hopefully captures the fun I have in day to day life... And thats my beautiful hubby LOL... Makes me laugh on a daily basis. :d
