Time line for me is westcoast and i guess fatsecret is set-up for eastcoast change over...this jurnals is foe the 26th...So, slept in today and had breakfast for lunch...guess I missed a whole meal hard to get the calories in...don't wanna eat just anything to get it up there but I'm just gonna have a poor day...working on increasing my fluid intake as well...entered a receipe today hope it gets approved...yummy grilled chicken breast!!! Two days away from weigh in...we shall see...been very hard to stay off the scale! LOL Thanx for listening!
