Hello All, and good morning. I am still around, just busy busy busy!
Our inspection is over. We did very well, much better than expected. The inspectors were very slow, and thorough. One guy who had a sick child at home had an incident where he deleted something he should not have, and I was able to rescue him from a bad situation. So I got lots of good karma for that. He was very grateful.
Schoolwork has been getting handled like a teenager, everything last minute. Now I can get back to my routine.
Wife and I are doing lent and giving up booze, meat on fridays, and eating right. We both have gained weight lately. And we both need a solid, kickstart - reboot -etc. I know, it sounds like a broken record around here. Lately the stresses of work, life, and other nonsense has turned into Bob's party time lounge. Not a good way to cope, but it happens.
I hope to get back on the bike too, have new tires, the weather is really improving, and my riding buddies are also done their inspections.
This work really through us for a loop. I worked the past two weekends, and have had one proper day off in about 20 days. Nuts, not something I am accustomed to at all. lol. I am off tomorrow, and a 4 day weekend thanks to the Presidents of the United States of America! Lets get back to government inefficiencies and waste, and me being lazy all day! Yes!
