Low carb cheesecake for breakfast? Yes, please. I made 16 single servings last night, and with being so busy, just decided to go for it. We did V-Day in. I made Christie's Jalapeno Popper Chicken and Brussels Sprouts for dinner with the cheesecake for dessert and was so full, I couldn't stand it. I have to say that the thing that I absolutely love about this WOE is that all of the food is just so very good. I never feel deprived and that alone is almost a miracle. My daughter is constantly asking at dinner, "is this on your plan? This can't be good for you!" and I am happy to announce, "why yes, sweetheart, it is both on plan AND good for you!"
I'm laying off of the sugar free candy for awhile, as much as I like it, I think it's stalling me. Which sucks - but what are you going to do? I am happy that I've found a low carb dessert that's both easy and good. I think it'll help keep me away from the candy. I'm dying to try the Mock Danish recipe too. I'll probably do that tomorrow.
