I've been hovering about 222 for a week, so now a couple of days of lower calories and a nice drop. 18:6 IF, and I'm launched on a very low calorie week (semi-fasting), so looking for a good week. Thank you for inspiring me to do this Draglist! Trying to catch up to some slipping mini-goals. So, this puts me 25 lbs down since my March restart, and puts me into the next decametric down - into the 2teens.
