Tomorrow is weight in day for me. I'm always nervous of not losing any weight for the week. But I keep saying to myself. DONT GIVE UP maybe next week will be better.

Don't get nervous! When you're nervous you stress out and when you stress out you either gain weight or don't lose any. Try not to make it an important issue...I know it is an important issue but try to think of it as a casual occurence in your routine. Just like you do for brushing your teeth. Something that you have to do to get your day started. Once you take the importance away from your weighin you'll stop getting nervous/stressing out about it and the number on the scale should start reducing. I know it is easier said than done-trust me I know because I always stressed out about weighing in. My doctor gave me that advice, and when I began to relax about weighing in the number on the scale began to go down.

I will surely take this advice when time for weighting in. You are right stressing about it wont change anything. thanks that helps
