Woke at 227.4, up .8 from yesterday. Somewhat puzzling, but I did eat a lot of salad bulk last night. Fasting today, at least until dinner and perhaps until the morning. UPDATE: Down to 225.2 before dinner, which I did eat. Finished up all the green veggies in the house with some spinach. Added some raw pumpkin seeds and a strawberry smoothie with chia seeds and some other stuff. Under 800 calories for the day.
