I ate really late last night, a lot of calories. Also, I think I haven't really been eating enough to lose weight and I know I haven't been eating enough protein. My goal was 122 pounds and I need to focus on nutrition instead of bring insert 120. Tomorrow I'm gonna do some measurements and only pay attention to those for awhile.
