Woke at 227.4, up .2 from yesterday. After work event at Congress tonight. Light appetizers and drinks will be served. That will start OMAD. UPDATE: Lots of great appetizers being brought around in the reception room but I held out for keto options. Was rewarded with chicken skewers and scallops wrapped in bacon. Had four glasses of red wine. Came home at 226.4. Had a protein drink, some cheese, and another large glass of red wine. Still near monthly calorie goal.
