It's sooooo hard for me to want to workout. But I know I have to so I can feel better about me.

I know the feeling. What I do is I bring my workout clothes with me everyday and go the gym straight from work. I am honest enough with myself to know I am lazy when I get home and I will come up with some good reasons why I can not leave the house.If that does not work I look at myself in my car mirrow and tell myself all the reasons I need to take care of myself. Just to let you know you are not the only one that does not like the gym
