I really tried to get to bed early last night so I could try to catch up on some sleep... it didn't do any good though... I rolled around forever... and when I finally did fall asleep I kept waking up... so awesome! I do not understand how someone could possibly be this tired and not be able to sleep... I'm tired as Hell right now... my eyes freakin' hurt... this sucks...

Not getting any sleep is making me cranky and emotional... and being emotional is probably keeping me from sleeping right... awesome! What a great cycle I've gotten myself stuck in.... wow I sound like a whiney B*tch... also awesome! I kind of feel like crying :( I need a hug... I'm gonna go crawl under my desk now...

**HUGS** I feel your pain girl. nothing makes me more cranky and whiney than a night full of half assed sleep. Or even worse, when my half assed sleep is caused by my cats and thier need for attention at 2am (and 3am and 3:30am and 3:45am...) Have you ever heard of melatonin? Its a chemical (or hormone, whatever) that your body naturally produces to help you sleep. They also sell it in pill form. I suggest you get some, take one little tablet about 30 minutes before you are ready for bed, and you will sleep like a log. Just make sure you give yoruself plenty of time for sleep tho, you'll need a good 8 hours for it to wear off so you arent groggy. Hope you feel better!

That does suck when you are tired and can't sleep. Have you tried reading before bed? That always helps me. Or maybe yoga before bed - take a night off the gym and do some at home. I actually haven't had the sleeping problem since joining the gym and since you work out like a champ, maybe its something like ChunkyOne suggested, take melatonin or do something to clear you mentally. And I don't advocate this, but if work is driving you nuts, can you just take a day to yourself? A day where you can rest, nap, window shop, go for a walk. Just some thoughts. Hope you feel better!
