chasing after 2 babys, 2 kids, keeping up with everyone's schedules, and putting up with constant spazouts and temper tantrums both young and old. doesn't leave time for much else. lol I have trouble finding time to log my calories or get much done. gor the cortisone shot in my knee yesterday. had my whole leg cramping and hurting in my toes last night. this morning it feels weird but pretty good. doctor says some wear, can't do anything to fix that, but continued weight loss and muscle strengthening will help that he said. wants me back at therapy lol. so that will become my friday gym lol. I have noticed that I mentally do a calorie count everytime I go to eat something. am staying in or close to my 1500 a day. am moving as much as possible. keeping up outside with a fearless, rambunctious 18 month old is a workout in its self lol. wow she's got so much energy. gonna try to b easy on my knee doc said give it 48 hours to prevent swelling and pain. yesterday I was on it alot, and it hurt bad last night so today I'll try something different lol. my son is home all day to help so should b doable. going to pickle what's left of my cucumbers in the garden. not canning them just making refrigerator pickles. and getting some laundry done so should b easy today. only have the 2 babys today, then at 1 my 10yr old nephew. he is a big help with the baby's. well as have a good day.
