Pre workout meal cara cara orange(210g) and whole milk cottage cheese(113g) about 230 calories...........5am is way too frickin early, but fought to wake yo to get a workout in before work at 8... weird shift today but everyday is different.

Ive missed having the cara cara oranges, they were really good last year and only $0.99/lb. only bought a couple this year since the price is double that. Hoping it comes down with better produce in so i can load up on them lol
