*On Tuesday, Janaury 29, my scale showed 189.2. I was so joyful, all day. But Wednesday is my weigh in day. So on Wednesday morning, I weighed 191. Of course I know weight fluctuates but I was disappointed with two pounds, so I didn't record that day's weight.
I'll save it for next Wednesday when I'm certain I'll be under 190.
* I'm considering the free Boot Camp at Snap Fitness through March.
* I read about the FAST diet wherein you fast (500 calories) 2x per week, I'm contemplating it, but I figure for now, why screw around with what I'm doing when it's WORKING!

I've fluctuated 2.5 pounds up one day. Then the next day it was back down. Don't stress. It looks like you're doing all the right stuff. Keep it up!
