Sh•t! Having to go clothes shopping again. I have clothes that I bought around 7 weeks ago haven’t even had a chance to wear them and now they’re to big!! Only weighing once a month otherwise I’d be on the scales every other day fretting.

Amazing achievement looking at your profile. Hope you wouldn't mind sharing how you achieved such a good and fast weight loss? Examples of food, exercise etc. It would be very beneficial for me. Hope other people think the same. Thank you.

Kandaman, I stopped all alcohol, dairy products etc, stopped bread for a while, now eat Warbutons Danish 53 cals per slice and low carbs. Don’t eat pork or red meat but I do have low fat bacon medallions only 70cals for two. I do all my cooking in an air fryer. For protein I eat turkey, chicken and fish. Eat lots of salad for my evening meal, massive salad with only 54 cals then my protein either fish or poultry. At first I stuck to 1800 cals per day, after a couple of months 1500 now 1000. You can eat a lot if you choose the right foods. Exercise ha ha ha walking and mucking out my sisters 3 horses daily. No gym, tried swimming but it made me to hungry. I feel great now, wee bit slack skin but it’s tightening up nicely. I only weigh myself once a month now as I was becoming obsessed. I know it sounds strict but it’s worth it mate and I couldn’t go back to pizza and such like. Just stick with buddy. Hope this helps. If I can help in any other way please ask. George.

I’ll post a pic of tomorrow’s evening meal. Breakfast everyday is oatsosimple with 180ml of skimmed milk 204cals and keeps you going for ages. Stay away from all fizzy drinks including fizzy water, that was my dieticians advice as it stretches your stomach pouch and when the gas dissipates your left hungry plus it stops your stomach pouch shrinking. I’d never heard that before but it seems to work.
