I always lose the first 30 pounds really fast then it just stops :( like last time i went on a diet last yr i went from 260 to 228 in 3weeks on a 1000 calorie diet then it just stopped so i cut it back to 900 calories a day but nothing happened i just felt tired all the time it was so frusterating then winter hit and depresstion set in and i am a emotional eatting so here i set back at 252 again. i need support so feel free to ad me :)
